I'm back, with funner Cystic Fibrosis physio ideas

I've been away for a week to Cleethorpes. Not far from where I live, but far enough for it to feel like a real holiday break away.
Caravan seaside holidays can really sometimes be the best. Especially when coupled with sunshine.
So now onto my new physio ideas:
1. Horse riding- when I went I went no faster than trotting. The rubbish that came up from my lungs on that one lesson was amazing and must have been down there for years. Better than any physio techniques or devices I have ever tried. The downside though is the expense, and also you must NOT muck out the horses. The hay tends to be full of Aspergillus and Psuedomonas Auerginosa (sp) bacteria. Psuedo is an obvious CF no no, it mutates for CF lungs and rather likes sticking around and is incredibly difficult to shift once you've grown it. Aspergillus causes ABPA in most CF patients.
Horse riding itself however isn't dangerous to your lungs, and can do much more good. But, you can always wear a facemask if you're concerned.
2. Rollercoasters- I realised the other day at the theme park. You know when you're on a ride that causes your stomach to lift, I think it actually causes your lungs to lift too.
After every ride I went on I suddenly became very productive. The more I was going on the thicker my mucous was getting and the more was coming up. Not exactly a pleasant thing when you're trying to have a nice day out-but it definately shifted some stuff. Also you know them gravational rides, the one that looks like a spaceship and you all stand inside it. Everyone stands in a circle flat against a board and the boards rise as the ride spins. They fun, and you can feel everything moving up from your chest. I know, spending all day every day in a theme park, isn't going to happen, as they're expensive and tiring. But they're a good choice of places to go when you're thinking of having a day out somewhere.
3. Trampolines- I think everyone should have one, again good for the gunk shifting and for overall fitness and balance too.
I know they aren't the most serious of suggestions, not to be done everyday and definately none of these should EVER replace proper chest physio. But, they're fun things, that give you that feeling of stuff shifting, which can be such a nice feeling lol.
See what happens when I have a week of redbull and sugar overdose-I start thinking in fun ideas:P
Anyone have anything else to add, please do. Any sort of excercise is good excercise, and it's even better if it can be made into something you actually want to do, and can fit into daily life.
